1. Heat Press to 300-325 F
2. Pre-Press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
3. Place film on garment with printed side down, cover with Teflon sheet or parchment paper.
4. Press with heavy pressure for 15 seconds.
5. Allow to cool for 30 seconds, remove film.
6. Cover with textured cloth and press for 5 seconds.
7. Wait 24 hours before washing. Enjoy!
